The ivory veneers are thin and require a white backing to be useful as inlay material. there' won't be anything particularly useful. to adjust the action of a fretted instrument. I have 2 sets of those here already and intend to eventually use them on the end of some necks like they did on the Howe Orme instruments. There are little "pinions" on the ends of the keys, used to adjust the piano's action, specifically the travel of the keys. and it's usually little 2 inch or 3 inch strips glued up. The arrangement of screw holes in the spruce is such that there's not going to be anything large enough to build a guitar top from it. you may be able to use some of the spruce soundboard for guitar or flat top mandolin bracing. It's going to be poplar "lumber core" with veneer no doubt, so as far as building instruments with it. It had great carved panels and legs and I saved all of those. I have done this.with an old piano that was unceremoniously dumped off the back of a pickup truck. A piano harp would cast several tone rings. The choicest cut would be the harp if it's brass.
